The creation of Butter Chicken is tied to the evolution of Tandoori Chicken. Due to lack od refrigeration, a young chef named
Guiral came up with the idea to use leftover Tandoori Chicken in a tomato gravy, lush in butter and cream. This would in turn regain moisture to the chicken and become plateable again... ALAS, Butter Chicken was born
