Heating Instructions

Curry Pots

Option 1: Remove lid and heat in microwave until hot throughout

(reach and maintain 165°F for two minutes)

Stir food while reheating to ensure even heating

Let stand for 2 minutes before serving

Option 2: Remove contents for curry pots and pour into saucepan. 

(reach and maintain 165°F for two minutes)

Stir food while reheating to ensure even heating

Let stand for 2 minutes before serving

Rice and Noodles

Option 1: Cut corner off bag, place bag into microwave and microwave on high for

1:30 - 2 minutes

Let stand for 2 minutes before serving

Breads

Option 1: Remove Roti / Naan from packaging. Heat in pan on stove stop with vegetable oil until crispy

Option 2: Cut corner off Roti / Naan bread bag, heat in microwave on high for 20 seconds

*Option 1 recommended 

Refrigeration

Store your curry pots, breads, rice and noodles in the fridge and eat within 3 days

Use heating instructions above

Freezing

Freeze your curry pots, breads, rice and noodles for up to 3–4 months

Once defrosted, refrigerate and eat within 3 days

Do not reheat leftovers more than once

Do not refreeze leftovers that have already been defrosted

Serve reheated leftovers immediately

Do not freeze or keep condiments longer than 3-4 days
